The Vatac Bellow Sealed Gate valves have been solving fluid control problems in Steam, Boiling and other general industrial applications for over 30 years. Bellows seal gate valves reduce fugitive emissions of toxic, lethal, or regulated fluids/gases, minimize maintenance, reduce life cycle costs, and optimize productivity in process plants. This includes steam, cryogenic, and vacuum systems.

Long cycle life bellows (3000 cycles): Designed and qualification tested for high pressure/temperature service.
Bellows monitoring port (optional): A plug can be connected with the space above the bellows to monitor performance.
Two secondary stem seals: a) Backseat in open position; b) Graphite packing.
Superior seating faces: Seats CoCr alloy hardfaced and wedge is solid CoCr alloy.
